Alaska Child and Adult Care Food Program - Administration Basics

This training focuses on the basic program administration for CACFP and is required for agency administrators that are applying to operate the CACFP and for existing programs that have new administrators. The participant will learn how to manage this federally funded program through the United States Department of Agriculture Food and Nutrition Services, and have access to the many resources from USDA, Alaska Department of Education and Early Development, and other agencies.
