Procurement Training - Food Service Management Companies

This training session is designed to provide an overview of the requirement for the procurement of Food Service Management Companies. Proper procurement methods are required for all program participants in the National School Lunch Program, Child and Adult Care Food Program, and Summer Food Service Program. This training provides an overview of the USDA regulatory requirements by child nutrition programs including the initial proposal, contract renewals, mandatory timeframes, and local-level monitoring requirements.
